It’s not a bad idea to ask for outside help if you get overwhelmed. There’s a lot to consider when creating an emergency disaster plan. And,you don’t want to overlook anything.
The important thing is to communicate your plan to others and practice, practice, practice. Hold regular drills so that everyone knows what to do when nature calls. That way, your team can protect themselves and look out for one another — so everyone goes home safe.
